Hunterless press kit
Hunterless is a direct-hiring platform launching first in Italy. Every job post must show a narrow salary range, only companies hiring directly can post (no agencies or headhunters), each employer declares how many days it takes to reply and its reply rate is public, and candidates stay anonymous until both sides say yes. Matching is rule-based and explains every score. It is free at launch.

Hunterless è una piattaforma di assunzione diretta che parte dall'Italia. Ogni annuncio deve indicare una fascia RAL stretta (il massimo non può superare di oltre il 50% il minimo), possono pubblicare solo aziende che assumono direttamente (niente agenzie o headhunter, verifica tramite dominio email aziendale), ogni azienda dichiara entro quanti giorni risponde e il suo tasso di risposta è pubblico, e il profilo del candidato resta anonimo finché entrambe le parti non dicono sì. Il matching è a regole e spiega ogni punteggio. Al lancio è gratuita.
- RAL scritta, prima del primo colloquio (in linea con il D.Lgs. 96/2026 sulla trasparenza retributiva).
- Niente intermediari: aziende e persone si parlano direttamente.
- Niente ghosting: scadenza di risposta dichiarata (1–14 giorni) e tasso di risposta pubblico.
- Anonimato fino al doppio consenso.
- Sei lingue: inglese, italiano, spagnolo, cinese, hindi, arabo.
